I went into the PF about 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and asked for 7 pretzel dogs. I was half expecting them to apologize and to tell me they were out for the night, but instead he told me no problem.

What really impressed me was when he checked on the few that were ready, he told me they were rock hard so he’d need to make me fresh ones if I could wait 15 minutes. I had time so I didn’t mind waiting, and honestly really appreciated he...

Just got my platter for superbowl. They killed it! These people don't get enough credit. They were efficient and fast. Shout out to the cashier with the red shades who was working so hard getting the orders and giving out the orders as they were freshly out of the oven. Chris you're the man. Came in today and Lisa working behind the counter was extremely friendly, professional and helpful with the process. Helped with a selection and provided immaculate customer service and presented great decorum in helping with a selection of a snack. Cinnamon Pretzel Bites were sensational! Highly recommend !
