Recently found Tenth & Willow and have been back several times since. Great subs and the roast beef is always good. Talked to owner and they consistently cook it the same in House. Also had Thanksgiving catered from them which was a big hit. Catering was a bit pricey but worth it. Quality all around.
It was recommended to us to use 10th and Willow as the caterers for a large birthday event , and the food was absolutely superior.
