By no means a bad spot. Reason being for the lower side of ratings is because the place was jam packed and understaffed. It was a mad house. Food was great, usually always is,just need more people to work during busy times. I genuinly felt bad for the servers. They did great, just seemed very understaffed. Otherwise always a pleasure.
We had an excellent experience at Texas Roadhouse Saturday night. It was a table of 4. It was pretty crowded so went to the bar to have a drink. We weren’t there long at all when we were called to our table. The person that brought us to our table was very kind. We had Anne for our waitress. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was one of the best (if not the best) waitresses we have had in a long time. She was very attentive and had a wonderful personality!!!!...
This is the best Texas Roadhouse!! Customer Service is outstanding, Food fabulous and the atmosphere and cleanliness is amazing..Shout out to Brady & Tommy Managers who care..Also aĺl the staff & servers Special shout out to Ryan Smith, Alyssa G, Ryan C, Andrew, Martina & Haley...thanks for your dedication and making this an awesome place to eat out! Your the best..
