Adidun Cuisine Reviews
We visited and ate at a friend’s house. The food tastes great so we asked where it was from and the friend said Adidun.
This past weekend, I placed a same day order for half a pan of Jollof and half a pan of Turkey. Most times, based on my experience at other restaurants, individual orders tend to taste better than a large catered order. But I had faith. I came here to try African cuisine for the first time, and I was genuinely impressed with the experience. Adidun Cuisine provides a cozy dining environment with fresh and tasty food. The menu is small but well-chosen, with dishes like Amala that are cooked to perfection and have a great taste. Customers praise the food, especially the Amala and traditional dishes like Efo riro, ayamase, and goat stew, which are described as very delicious and well-packaged. The restaurant’s flavors are rich, and the spices are enjoyed by many, though some find the heat overwhelming, especially for children. The service can sometimes be dismissive, and there are minor issues like the lack of running water for handwashing and tough meats such as ponmo and shaki. Despite these drawbacks, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service help make the experience pleasant. The restaurant also offers catering services for large events. Overall, with improvements in customer service and menu variety, Adidun Cuisine has the potential to become a top choice for food lovers looking for traditional Nigerian flavors.
