I recently called to inquire about your hours for Labor Day, hoping to place an order. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone did not speak English. When they realized we were unable to understand each other, the call was disconnected. I tried calling back but they did not answer. This was a bit frustrating and highlighted the need for someone available to assist customers in English. It would make a big difference in the customer experience. I am still very much looking forward to trying your food soon!

I've been a loyal customer of Adonai Bakery for years, always singing their praises. Their Fruit Tard is usually a must-have for me. However, I was extremely disappointed with my tres leches caramel cup today. It had a noticeable sour taste, which was completely unexpected and frankly, not enjoyable. I'm hoping this was just a fluke, as I've always loved everything I've tried from Adonai Bakery before. This experience, though, has definitely made me think twice.

Ordered from them for a surprise birthday cake for a family member and tried asking if they can put happy birthday on both cakes and the woman says she didnât understand English and she refused to put someone that did on the phone. I will never spend my Money in this place again

As a bride, I had high expectations for my wedding cake, especially after investing $300 into what was supposed to be a beautiful centerpiece for my special day. Unfortunately, the cake delivered did not meet those expectations and left me feeling disappointed. The visual presentation of the cake was also lacking. The icing was too much and out of places and inconsistently applied; some areas were thin while others were overly thick. Additionally, there were jewels on the cake that were covered in frosting, which detracted from their intended decorative effect. This lack of attention to detail made the cake look unprofessional and not worthy of a wedding celebration. Moreover, the flowers adorning the cake were not provided by the baker but rather taken from a floral arrangements she had available. While I appreciate that she utilized what was available, it would have been more appropriate for her to include fresh flowers as part of her service or at least communicate this beforehand. The cake also tastes so dry and didnât feel like it was freshly baked. The cake wasnât also delivered which made it smashed before getting to the hall. It also wasnât covered and was exposed. No one ate the cake at the wedding and had to dump it after party.

I went into the store on the 19 dec 2024 . And I order a wedding cake , firstly it was so difficult to have a conversation because no one in the whole store could speak or understand English. Someone had to be called after 30mins to explain. I sent the wedding picture inspiration to the owner via WhatsApp. She confirmed she can do it . I paid in full and said I will pick up 1pm on the 20th. My cake was destroyed before it got to the hall. This shop didnât even cover the cake up and it got destroyed the taste was horrible it tastes so wet . I called them today and complained I was expecting an apology rather I got insulted and the phone was hang up. I need my full refund.My wedding cake was destroyed so unfair very unprofessional no one ate that cake it was embarrassing
