I've had the pleasure to have Chef Roscoe's food twice now for a work catering party. Delicious food, professional and friendly service!
Let me just say this.... his collard greens (no meat) will have you stomping ya feet because they are so damn good! I fell in love with the Mac and cheese cups at a previous event that he catered. I love it because we all know the Mac is the first thing to go. The individual servings are perfect. The fried chicken was well seasoned but not salty. That's a plus in my book. The BBQ chicken was also tasty and not overly seasoned. Salmon was delicious and cooked at the perfect temperature....read full review

100% The food is so fresh. My family had Thanksgiving and Christmas catered. The taste of the food is so very Good. The meat was so tender it melts in your mouth.
