People call the chock "crack" chicken...I don't agree. Was it freshly cooked? Yes....Was it hot? Yes.....The taste was regular. I wouldn't go out the way for this. As a matter of fact , the chicken tenders has better flavor. Also, the wings are tiny.
Customer service lacks, need better organization for ordering and picking up. No greeting no effort of customer service and I had to announce myself because the worker was going to take someone's order while I was waiting there the whole time. Mind you I ordered online an hour before. Had to go back, they didn't give my drinks. Food was eh and not worth the trip.Parking: The worst!

Can you please have someone more friendly upfront taking orders and not speaking to customers like they’re disgusted. The bald headed guy talking to everyone like he owns the whole world and he does not. I understand you have over five stars but the customer service matters. And by you not showing it on gives the notion that you only care about the money and not customer service.
