I go back to get another one and she brings me a cold cup. You lost a customer, and I hope people pay attention to the service and who’s serving you. McDonald’s is done from getting my money on anything. This with most because they’re doing the same thing.

I want to make it clear to anyone considering going to this restaurant that the conditions are unacceptable, the bathroom has a strong, unpleasant odor exactly of a porta potty. And I encountered roaches crawling on the floor, it's hard to comprehend how a restaurant can have such a terrible smell! Additionally, the overall environment feels damp and moist. This restaurant absolutely needs a deep cleaning to fix this disgusting smell, i hope this can be addressed.
