Let me just say this.... his collard greens (no meat) will have you stomping ya feet because they are so damn good! I fell in love with the Mac and cheese cups at a previous event that he catered. I love it because we all know the Mac is the first thing to go. The individual servings are perfect. The fried chicken was well seasoned but not salty. That's a plus in my book. Chef Roscoe & his team are amazing!! The food was great, it was delivered hot in these perfectly wrapped boxes. Thanks Chef Roscoe for making our Thanksgiving Dinner Party a big hit!!!!
Big thank you to chef Roscoe. I needed a thanksgiving caterer and just googled I think something like “Black-owned thanksgiving caterer”, something like that. He came right up. The food was amazing. Everyone loved the mac and cheese cups. Definitely plan to use him for future events!
