Finally a good spot to grab some breakfast in island heights! Have been coming here before or after my morning walks to fuel up for the rest of the day, pleasant staff, nice atmosphere and great food! Meat lovers wrap is my go to 🔥
Moved recently to Toms River and had been looking for a good bagels shop. Tried many on western side of Route 37, but found each one to be just average at best.
Then I came upon Island Heights Bagels.
This will now be my go to place for bagels, even though it’s a bit out of the way.
Toasted bagel was crispy and tasty, as was the turkey bacon. This was actually the first bagel shop I was able to find that served turkey bacon.

Fresh baked, delicious, and the team is so helpful, kind and patient. We found this place by accident as we needed gas and we happened to see the bagel shop next to it but I’m glad we did and next time we’re in town, we’ll definitely be back again.
