Had a mix up with the order number due to a software glitch. Waited for a long time to sort this out. Staff were friendly, patient and went out of their way to make up for the mishap although it wasn't anyone's particular fault. It's pizza. Not a big deal. It's nice though when they take it seriously and do their best to correct things. Will still continue to shop here and appreciate when things go smoothly. I woyld add extra stars for service. I want to make a special mention of server Chris J whose professionalism, patience and efficiency weht above and beyond. I was there with a crowd,a lot of them children and i made a mess with the payment due to induviual items i added constantly and Chris dealt with it calmly and efficiently without making me feel bad.
