Great staff been going there for 15 years with my daughter! Food is magnificent. I’ve tried 7 other places and always go back to them. Nobody makes sushi and hibachi better than them.
I have never left a hibachi place disappointed but I did today. All the food literally was bland had no flavor and dry. Had to add soy sauce just for flavor. Probably the worst hibachi I been to. Three stars cause it was edible and service was good. Sorry won't be back not sure how this place got all those 5 stars

I absolutely love koto. I have lived in Jackson for 19 years and Koto is always my go to. Its delicious, and hibachi portion sizes are giant. I get the steak hibachi, and it's perfectly cooked every time. I have tried several other hibachi places around before in ocean county and no where comes close to beating Koto on their prices, portion sizes, freshness and flavor.
