Purchased two gelatis and a cup of custard. Machine ran out of custard midway through the second gelati. I asked for a refund for the rest, worker didn’t know how. Took my number and promised the manager would call to refund me for the desserts I never got. Still no call! Every time I call the number myself nobody answers. Will never return.
First, serving people with no masks and no distancing. Flies inside the window near food, bugs on the service shelf and dirty. Every time u order a specialty type item, it never tastes the same, the owners are NOT good people! The owners are horrible, nasty people who think U owe them something! Say one word and they threaten not to serve you. Nasty husband and wife duo have a big chip on their tiny shoulders and seriously need some adjusting!! My Mom & I bought a cup of Mint Chip Ice! The cashier lady was super friendly & polite! I was happy that she gave me a sample of Mint Chip to try first! � I have always loved Rita's because they have awesome flavors & a great staff!
