I’ve tried this shop a few times already & it gets better and better! Egg&cheese w/ a Boston crème was my go to but now I’ve been loving the sausage egg & cheese pairs with the strawberry & cheese danish WOW, incredible. Coffee is great also!
The breakfast sandwiches here are good (sausage patties are seasoned perfect and bacon is crisp). The star is the donuts though. Chocolate raised are way better that DD and my wife really liked the bacon maple round. The couple who work the business are really nice and expecting a little one. I highly recommend and you will too!
My husband and I traveled 40 minutes south of our home to visit. We drove by many times but it was never open when we passed later in the day. The Village Donut Shop is a diamond in the rough, it’s been open for decades with their recipes being passed down from owner to owner. Their recipe puts the competition to shame. Their donuts are made fresh and absolutely delicious. The owners/shop keepers are friendly and welcoming. We will definitely back to try their breakfast sandwiches....
