We are very fortunate in the Westlake community to have this great amenity at our disposal. Whether it's an informal lunch or a delicious dinner, Tony Russo and his staff will cater to your needs.I had my 70th Birthday Party in the Ballroom and all my guests raved about the food and service.It gives us a country club atmosphere.
Our Pub Committee planned and conducted a Wine Pairing Dinner and it was terrific! We had 45 people in attendance along with a certified wine expert who chose wines to compliment the 4 course dinner.First Course - Spring Mix with Ricotta Salata and Fennel with a Dijon Vinaigrette. Paired with a Jordan Chardonnay.Second Course - Mushroom Crostini topped with Bacon, Shallots, Thyme and Chevre Mousse Dressing. Tony, Karlo, Giovanni, and the rest of the staff including the kitchen staff are an absolute pleasure. They all go above and beyond to ensure everyone enjoys their meals and experience to the utmost extent. All of the food they prepare is of excellent quality and very consistent, I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.
