Betsy Ross Diner

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast and it was fantastic. Waffles, sausage, eggs, bacon, all were delicious. Staff was friendly and everything was very clean.

Nice menu with lots of varieties. Pleasant staff and quick service. I ordered the Gyro Burger with Fries, Coleslaw and a Pickle and had a slice of carrot cake for dessert. Everything was delicious.

I like that I can go to a diner just down the road from my home. Food is good but could be better. Service has never been a problem and it does get crowded sometimes, but they handle it well.

I absolutely love this place! It’s got a lovely vibe, like a cozy café where the bar tender knows your name. Well, at least until the bill comes ..The prices are so outrageous, I half-expect them to hand me a mortgage application along with my menu. A “large” chocolate milk, which was about the height of a toddler’s action figure, cost me $4.50🥀And no one even bothered to ask what size I wanted. At this rate, I should’ve just asked for a shot glass .

Now, let’s discuss the waffles. They were delightful! If only they hadn’t set me back $18. The butter that accompanied them, however, was another story. It came in a package that looked like it had been through a food fight in a horror movie. I only realized it was spoiling after I had devoured my waffles, and then I caught a whiff that smelled like a dairy cow’s bad day mixed with a cheese factory explosion. Delicious …

As for the home fries, they were pretty tasty! But honestly, I think I felt more queasy from the $5 price tag on my tiny plate of potatoes than from that butter horror.

Oh, and the service! The waiter would’ve been a friend if she hadn’t been MIA the whole time. I started to worry she’d been abducted by aliens or something. Anyway, I had a fantastic time spending $50 on two plates of breakfast. Who knew brunch could feel like a high-stakes poker game? At least I got to share the experience with my friends nothing bonds you quite like the shared trauma of overpriced food.

definitely recommend eating or ordering from here. My fiance and I have doordashed from here twice and both times the food was outstanding and 10/10. food and drinks are the best I've had in awhile.

Even tho I miss those old jukeboxes at the tables, this place has USB ports so you can charge your phone, and that is awesome! But the best part was that they kept my coffee cup full without my having to ask, and really, that's all I look for in a diner!

A bit noisy for anyone with hearing challenges, but otherwise very good. I only had the pastrami egg rolls appy, but my company thoroughly enjoyed their meals! Homemade cheesecake is revered! Huge portion and she thought she would get a box to take the rest home but she ate All of it!

We decided to try this place out because there aren’t many diners left in the area. It was a weird experience because after appetizers they only brought us two of the three dinners we ordered. The missing dinner being my two year old’s grilled cheese meal. We waited and finally asked the waitress and she said she “forgot” and then went off. We assumed she just forgot to bring the plate out but she went off and started talking to people at another table. We ended up finishing our meals and just sharing some of our’s with our child. Before we left I got up to wash my hands and as I came back his meal was finally being brought out, the cheese wasn’t even melted on the grilled cheese sandwich and the fries were ice cold. We just asked for a box to pack it up and left. It was very strange and we won’t be returning….how do you “forget” a child’s meal and then not even fix it right away? I believe both my dinner special and the kids’ meal were also supposed to come with dessert, we were never asked if we wanted anything else after his meal was brought out nor did we see the server again. Bizarre.
