“Came for dinner with another couple. The tapas eggplant was delicious, light and flavorful. Just lovely. We had two burgers and two steaks. All delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful, however, there is a huge bar in the middle of the restaurant. Which normally would not be an issue but this evening four young women were “working” the older men sitting at the bar. It became clear as the evening progressed that this was going on. None of us could believe what was happening right next to our table!! As the targeted men left the bar the young women quickly moved on to their next victims. It was all very obvious and pretty repulsive. Such a shame to have this type of thing happening in a lovely restaurant. I would hope management will be alerted by the bartenders that their establishment has become prey for this type of behavior. Quite unsettling.”

“I have had two bridal showers at Portofino in Oak Ridge, and not only did everyone love the food, but Nancy and the entire staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you in any capacity that they can. I highly recommend Portofino either for lunch, dinner or any kind of event you have whether it is big or small. You can't go wrong with Portofino, I can't say enough great things about the staff and restaurant!”

“To be fair, my rating is over 4. It's more like a 4.6 since 1 of us 6 mentioned a slight negative about the flavor of her chicken. And our per person cost was about $50. I expected that, but that's okay. The sights outside were very nice. The grandchildren enjoyed themselves which is a plus. If you have a boat, you can actually dock it at the Windlass and order a meal. They also have several cabana looking coverings along the dock which can be reserved so you can enjoy your meal there. My wife noticed that the seating can glide forward and back.”

“Ordered the margarita pizza and it was horrible. Never had raw garlic on a pizza and the tomato was just clumped on and not even cut open. It was also burned and I ended up throwing it away. What a waste of 16. - never again”

“I invited my friends for lunch the other day and we had a fantastic time! Talk about atmosphere, Alice’s Restaurant sits high up on a hill, overlooking Lake Hopatcong. What a view on a gorgeous day! We had our starters and drinks which everyody loved. Dante was our server and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is exactly what we wanted. An added topping, extra sauce, rare, medium, it’s going to come out perfectly. We are looking forward to coming back!”

“After reviewing some of the bad reviews I noticed that most of them are a year or older. I have eat in and take out at this location several times and the food is always tasty hot and fresh. The decor is beautiful and love the fireplace aroma. It's not very common to find an establishment this clean and neat. Definitely coming back love their lunch specials”

She took care of us and made our day so special! The food was amazing as well - everyone was so happy! 100% recommend having an event here you will not be disappointed!”

“We had our small wedding at Andre's this past weekend, and I am still in awe of how fantastic the event was. Tracey is an all-star. From coordinating calls, decorating our table, marrying us, to keeping us on schedule. Andre had our whole group raving about how great the food was. From the appetizers to the cake, we really couldn't have asked for better. On top of it all, the location is STUNNING! The staff helping to serve us were so friendly and pleasant and together they all helped make sure our wedding day was the best day of our life. I can't recommend Andre's enough, and we will certainly be returning for a meal!”

“The Great Wazu is the reason small businesses are the HEART of a community. I am a soon-to-be small business owner myself. I walked in this place tonight like I do every 1-2 weeks to get dinner. Sara behind the counter has gotten to know me and ALWAYS remembers my order. Tonight, she asked me what was new, and I told her I had been upset all day worrying about all the stuff I have on my plate right now getting my business ready to open. She was the sweetest. When I reached for my credit card, she told me my order was on her and gave me a hug and said, "You got this."
