From coordinating calls, decorating our table, marrying us, to keeping us on schedule. Andre had our whole group raving about how great the food was. From the appetizers to the cake, we really couldn't have asked for better. On top of it all, the location is STUNNING! The staff helping to serve us were so friendly and pleasant and together they all helped make sure our wedding day was the best day of our life. “Beautiful decor on the inside. Restaurant gets busy so make reservation just in case! Had dinner Monday night and Ashley was amazing. The sake warrior is like a limey summer refresher. Just with a little twist. Really good! Shrimp dumplings are so bomb, as well as the sesame chicken and glass noodle. Great service.”

“The food here is PERFECT!! We had such a wonderful meal on our first night at Lake Hopatcong that we wanted to come back a second night. I wish we had because no where else was as good as Byram Bay. The pierogies, chicken and seafood were all fantastic. I didn’t see that there is a water view here but honestly it’s not even worth going to the water view places that have sub par food when you can come here and have the best meal.”

My sister ordered the seafood ramen, which was also delicious,the broth was rich and savory, with lots of big shrimp! The seafood tofu soup was also great!”

“I recently visited Charley’s Cheesesteaks and had their Philly cheesesteak- it was beyond awesome! The steak was tender and perfectly seasoned, paired with melted cheese that elevated the flavor. The bread was fresh and soft, holding everything together without being too heavy. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were top-notch. The portion size was satisfying. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. If you're a cheesesteak lover, Charley’s is a must-try!
