I order for mobile pick up. The service is quick and the order is always correct.Their food and hot drinks can be described as lukewarm at best. At first I thought it was my error. Perhaps the order was sitting too long before I was able to get to it. However, the last two times I've placed my order in the parking lot and gone into the store almost immediately. I wasn't sure what to expect due to the average overall rating, but I have been quite surprised how good this place really is. I've been visiting this DD location for the past few months, so this isn't an one time visit review. This review is from multiple visits and each time they knock it out of the park. In the mood for a Dunkin' bacon, egg, and cheese today so I stopped at this Dunkin' - not a bad place at all. I'm rating a three because I asked for pepper and they tell me they have no pepper in the whole restaurant. Your in the North East ! Salt pepper and ketchup is almost lane up here for a bacon egg and cheese ! How can a restaurant have zero pepper in the entire restaurant.
