McDonald's is known for its quick service and hot food. A recent customer ordered two large sweet teas and two McFlurries, but received unsweetened tea instead. The staff poured the drinks from prefilled cups, leading the customer to assume they were cleaning the dispenser. The manager rectified a previous mix-up by offering a free correct order the next day, which was appreciated. However, some customers feel that the prices are higher than other options in the same price range. The food quality is acceptable. Manager Arcely is commended for her customer service.
