We just moved to Sussex county and while we tried other ice cream shops nothing beats Jefferson Dairy. Their soft serve ice cream is the best and actually has flavor. It’s delicious!

Update.....they refunded me for the cake. Great customer service.

Ordered a cake (and me and my daughter had ice cream) a few weeks ago and paid cash. Ice cream server who was working the counter and eating her chipolte salad at the register said I didn't need a receipt. Picked up cake today and had to pay for it again because it wasn't marked 'paid'. Maybe take a 'break' and eat in the back room and pay attention to your...

Been coming here for over 20 years and it's declined over the past few, losing its small town charm and turning more into a generic ice cream shop. I hope the charm and uniqueness can return, making it somewhere I'd recommend again! Visited an hour before close and they were out of both elephants never forget (a bestseller) and whipped cream.....
