Good evening, over the years Jefferson Dairy has been very underwhelming when it comes to the ice cream game, making me go to neighboring towns or Aj’s in Oak Ridge for ice cream. However, this past year they have done a great job of improving the ice cream and their overall standard making me a customer again but there seems to be something I cannot overlook! Very nice staff and great ice cream. They made some changes to the parking area which definitely helped with flow of traffic. Love going here on the odd weekday night when I get a craving for ice cream. The ice cream cakes are great! They will Also add a message to them for free.
Definitely not what it used to be.We used to LOVE Jefferson Dairy and would look forward to them being open.Now we find ourselves traveling out of time more often to get ice cream unfortunately.The ice cream itself is ok, but the service isn’t always the best with the young kids working there. They aren’t always friendly, sometimes the order is wrong, or don’t listen/hear and make it “to go”, they seemed rushed to get you out of the store almost.The new inside takes...
