This place has old-style class and it’s reminiscent of “The Freeze” that I grew up with. The flavors are delicious and the service was good. There was no line when I got there. Parking was easy.

My only problem is with the texture of the chocolate malt milkshake I got. It happens over and over when a place makes a malt with soft-serve ice cream. The whole thing takes on a homogenized version of itself like it’s melted. Why not dip a few scoops...

Good evening, over the years Jefferson Dairy has been very underwhelming when it comes to the ice cream game, making me go to neighboring towns or Aj’s in Oak Ridge for ice cream. However, this past year they have done a great job of improving the ice cream and their overall standard making me a customer again but there seems to be something I cannot overlook! Very nice staff and great ice cream. They made some changes to the parking area which definitely helped with flow of traffic. Love going here on the odd weekday night when I get a craving for ice cream. The ice cream cakes are great! They will Also add a message to them for free.
