Have frequented and recommended Taphouse 15 countless times from the time they opened years ago (I supported them many times as soon as they reopened during COVID). Really have loved the food even with some recent changes that took away some of my favorites (Argentinian wings and blue cheese bacon burger to name two).What is off-putting to me is their weird policy that they won't offer a "taste" of a beer before buying. You can buy 4 oz, but I don't want to BUY a sample that I don't like. I get it, their policy, but I have then just ordered water instead.Also, their burgers ... I've been there twice recently and there's no option for "build-your-own" (not sure it ever was an option). Instead need to order one of their burger combos and modify. However, you can't add items, just change cheese or take something off.For example, went Monday and wasn't able to order a blue cheese bacon burger. No blue cheese. And couldn't order cheddar bacon, can't add bacon. And, yes, probably shouldn't eat bacon, but whatever. I had a burger I didn't want (and drank water!).Weird policies that annoy me enough to complain online (yes, I have mentioned it to servers and feel bad for them). I like their food but didn't like their policies. I know, first world problem/I sound entitled, but "boo" on Taphouse 15. Y'all were one of my go-to-favorites but I won't be back for a while.

The atmosphere is great, between the design and decor, its really a nice place to sit and eat. The staff is friendly and attentive. If only the care effort and intention from these two aspects of Taphouse 15 carried over to the food, which was completely underwhelming, to be nice. From stale buns, food prepared in a manner completely different than described in the menu, to serving the root end of the tomato in my wife’s food, the lack of care, attention and effort from the kitchen is on full display. Maybe someone had a bad day and it’s carrying over into their work, but you have only one chance at a first impression, and it was bar none one of the worst first culinary impressions I’ve ever had, in any restaurant I’ve had, and I’ve been to restaurants on nearly every continent on our pale blue dot.

We stopped in on St. Pats weekend and where plesently surprised. We got immediate seating at the bar and had amazing food. We came because the spot was recommended for their tap list, and boy, did they not disappoint. Spectacular selection of premium beers and a great variety too; not just the usual whale NEIPAs. My only complaint is that this spot is too far away from me to be a regular haunt. If you're around the area, definitely give Taphouse 15 a try.Parking: Lot is a bit tight, and the restaurant is situated in the middle of a divided highway, so it felt a bit strange when we pulled in from the left.

Took my mom here for birthday lunch and we very much enjoyed our food, which was tasty and well prepared.Our server did not have the most pleasant attitude, but, she was quick and attentive.Finally, we were seated in a booth next to the bar service station which was kind of "busy"
We come here all the time— food is amazing and so is the beer menu. Awesome service, Christina is usually our bartender and she’s the best.

I recently dined at Tap House 15 and experienced excellent service. Despite my bison burger falling short of expectations, I acknowledge that I only tried one dish. I plan to revisit to explore more menu options before forming a final opinion. , Bison . Looking forward to a second chance to fully assess the restaurant.
