I recently visited a 7-Eleven store and unfortunately had a terrible experience. I was denied access to the restroom by the staff, who were also incredibly rude. This incident left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.The lack of access to basic facilities like a restroom is unacceptable, especially when I'm a paying customer. Additionally, the disrespectful attitude of the staff only added to the unpleasantness of the situation.I urge 7-Eleven to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that all patrons are treated with respect and provided access to essential amenities. Improving customer service and addressing issues like this promptly can go a long way in retaining loyal customers and enhancing the overall reputation of the brand.
