Very delicious pastas. We both got a fettucine Neapolitan tomato Bolognese and fettucine chicken alfredo. The portions are generous and fairly priced. The area is a nice touch as well especially at night. The pastas were well seasoned and very filling. Will get from here again.
I honestly didn't expect restaurant-quality pasta from a food truck, but this place completely blew me away. The homemade fettuccine was perfectly al dente, and the rich, savory pasta sauce was absolute perfection. You can genuinely taste the freshness and care put into every single ingredient. Nothing like what you expect from a pasta. Best pasta I've had in NJ so far. The spot is amazing as well, just by the park so you can take your food and enjoy the view. 10/10 experience
