Really really delicious ice cream - very creamy, not too sweet. The flavor cards have very cute arts. They also let you try out the flavors! I tried this in NJ but they also have locations in NYC as well.

Worst business ever! They didn't have a scanner for their loyalty program that they sent me to scan.I showed the QR code that they sent me. The staff simply said "that's the last step after you pay!". So I paid, and she said "we don't have a scanner!" Why didn't you say something before I paid and offered me a solution?Yes, you are a scammer! That's why! You won't get my business ever again! Thanks for robbing my loyalty points from me!

I have been a customer for 5 years but I will never be returning again. Ice cream quality has been steadily declining, and now the buckets are often filled with melted product. When the ice cream was served, it was already close to liquid. But the biggest concern is the despicable customer service. The female employee was extremely rude - when I asked for the price, she rolled her eyes to the menu board without a word and every interaction was unprofessional and unpleasant.

Adorable and delightful ice cream place! I tried the Corn to Run Pint with mixed nuts topping since it's unique and looked very interesting. I loved it (and I may have eaten the whole pint in one sitting). It's totally a-maize-ing ! The ice cream is light and kinda airy, the crunchy cornmeal crumble and tangy blueberry swirls are mixed in with the sweet corn ice cream - just so many flavors and textures going on at the same time! They also have adorable ice cream mug for sale - the same beautiful design pattern as seen on their pint containers. The size is huge, the material is thick and sturdy! It can be used for many different purposes too - ice cream and ice cream float for sure, coffee, tea, cereal, ... or ramen bowl! LOL

Great place to satisfy that sweet tooth. An array or interesting flavors and toppings, But true test of a good ice cream is to order Vanilla and boy does theirs pass the test, Ordered a cup of just plain Vanilla please and Sweet as Honey -both worked well together -can't wait to try more flavors, Saw comments about thd staff , my experience they were very helpful and friendly-l

It’s a really nice spot in the middle of vibrant downtown. Their salted caramel ice cream was really delicious. Also have good seating inside

Worst customer service I have experience in a long time, not a single customer three employees and can't even make an effort to provide good service. Will not go in if I see the same workers.

The quality of ice cream here is really good. I have usually stuck to the more traditional flavors they offer and have never been disappointed. My friends have gone for more adventurous choices and they keep coming back. I guess that is the best endorsement :) They do need to work on organizing their store a little though. Make a place for people to form a proper queue so that they don't need to stay outside in heat because the staff hadn't set a proper line inside. Also im general the team is pretty slow.

The employees were extremely kind and let me try samples of the different flavors. The ice cream here is best described as "chewy" as they are thick and very creamy. The interior was also very well decorated with the vibes being a friendly neighborhood ice cream shop hidden in the corner of a bustling city.

Nice ice cream place..classic flavors are very good. Price $8 for a 2 scoops sugar cone….

Milkshake was pretty okay, online ordering can be quiet deceiving as they have topping options that aren’t even available at this particular location, nonetheless the ice cream here is great quality and fresh

The ice cream is delicious (my favorite is peppermint pattie!) and the service is friendly. Convenient location with lots of seating inside. On the pricier side but worth it!

I'm not one to write a negative review, but wow... over $9 for a small waffle cone that was mediocre at best. The ice cream was so soft it might as well have been soft serve and the flavor barely discernible. This was arguably the worst ice cream experience I've ever had.

Delicious ice cream! I had the cereal flavor with the chocolate chip cookie cone and it was great??
