Best Deli in Jersey City…friendly, warm, inviting and the food is top notch. Deli meats sliced and packaged in wax paper the way it should be! Everything sold here is excellent quality. There is a reason it’s so loved. Also, Pete’s special tuna with mutz is not to be missed!

Great little authentic Italian deli. No frills. Great spot for a sandwich and has a decent but small assortment of Italian grocery items. Jarred artichokes, sauces, pasta, cookies, ravioli, etc.

Been shopping here for about 45 years. Still the same family, still the same high quality. I come from out of town on special trips, and this is the place I go to buy "gifts" for my ex-Jersey friends who want the taste of home. Pete is the best. They deserve more than the occasional write-up or award in the papers. Pete has also helped out in the community, donating money to St. Nicks while the school was open with Easter fundraisers. I wish I could make more trips, and I could eat this stuff every day.
Parking: Parking is tough. On-street meter parking, with a small city lot about a block away (usually packed with JCPD). If you can order ahead, then you might get away with a bad parking spot - they'll let you cut the line inside for pickups.
