It sucks that this location is one of the few Latin bakeries in the JC area. It never fails, every time I go I get terrible customer service. Latin culture is known for being warm and inviting. This bakery falls short in doing so. After my most recent experience I will not be going back.

I go here in the morning to get breakfast all the time. I ordered an iced coffee they put a splash of coffee filled with an entire cup of milk. I ask for less milk they say it will cost me more to have a full cup of coffee when what I ordered was literally an iced coffee. Then they gave me half assed iced coffee they didn’t remake it they dumped part of the cup out, added whatever coffee was left in the pot then gave it to me. I said this isn’t a full cup they I have to pay extra for a full cup. Terrible service I go here almost every other day and will not be returning. Management is rude and penny pinches

A great mom and pop bakery and amazing prices! They've been serving the community for over 20 years I believe. From a warm cup of coffee or oatmeal or freshly baked bread or cookies or cakes this is the place! Highly recommend this bakery👌🏼

Casual spot for Colombian breakfast. Their waffle breakfast is great. It was confusing though to order because their menu said "eggs with ham or bacon or chorizo", but when we ordered it turns out it was just eggs, and any meats were additional charge. Also the photo of the eggs had vegetables in it but the actual eggs did not. Overall pretty confusing, but the food was good. The waffle is by far their most expensive breakfast item. Also not everyone speaks English.
Everything in this bakery is good! Hands down, the only spot to have breakfast in the Heights. If you can deal with the slow service, it is worth the wait and you will not be disappointed. The avena (oatmeal), coffee and meals are amazing!

As a Colombian, I have to say I was very disappointed. We ordered pandebonos, arepa de chocolo, and buñuelos on Sunday morning vi delivery and everything was terrible. It was obvious the items were baked the day before—the arepa was dry and grainy, and none of the others were any better. If the pastries aren't fresh, they should tell you to wait until they are. Trust me, there are much better options out there. Skip this place.

It was obvious that the products had been baked the day before—the arepa was dry and grainy, and the others were not much better. If they are not fresh, they should tell you to wait until they are. Believe me, there are much better options. Avoid this place.

The food is very good, blessings to the cook and kitchen assistants...but the Customer service is very annoying. They look like security guards...they are so hateful. I don't know why the owner doesn't take our opinions into account... I don't suggest that you vote for them, but I do suggest that you change that attitude towards your customers... we live for each other... we need food and they are ours. money please

The staff here needs to learn how to speak English or have someone who could speak English, food look good but very difficult to order, My order was wrong, also the employees seem not happy to work, look like management don’t treat them good .
