This past Sunday was a horrible experience. What I thought would be a great, quick meal turned out to be a 90 minute (for two people) experience here. Two bowls of Ramen took exactly 51 minutes (somehow the server thought this was humorous to keep mentioning that). I get being short-staffed and employees (in this case the cook) calling out, but when you have four front of house staff just aimlessly walking around/texting being acting lackadaisical with patrons on a NON packed timeframe (only 8 other tables), there’s a problem here. Please do better!

Cool place but I did not find the food tasty or authentic. I’m not sure why it’s so popular because it was a real let down. The ramen wasn’t flavorful or rich. I have heard that they redid their menu, so maybe I’ll give it another chance.

I would 100% recommend! The ramen was delicious and the drinks were top-notch!!! What I loved the most was the atmosphere and the service. Sam was an incredibly attentive server—He made amazing recommendations and made sure we felt special throughout the night. The staff is very helpful, polite and welcoming. I cannot wait to go back!

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful place. Late night dinner, crowded with young people, very nice atmosphere. The food was spot on, Short Rib Ramen, Wagyu Dumplings and Japanese Chicken, everything was delicious.

Just happen to be in Jersey City the other day and my cuz takes me to Ani Ramen, BiG up Just Blaze. Great service, chill vibe, not busy. I got some sake and edamame to start and vegan miso ramen for the main dish. I’m pretty sure this might be my first time having ramen in a restaurant and wow so delicious.

We ordered tofu bao buns, edamame, spicy corn, and vegan ramen. The food and drinks were really nice. I gave 4 stars because the ramen could have been better; the soup tasted a bit like spicy lentil soup, but it was still tasty.
Ramen broth was not flavorful and tasted like out of a microwave (just lukewarm). However, the pork in the ramen was cooked well. Bao buns were cold. I won’t go again.

He was passive aggressive, and extremely rude! If you guys have him for the next visit, please avoid!! For 8 years working in the food industry, I never receive this kind of service before!!
