Went with a bud the evening of 12 Mar. Ordered 2 ramens with egg, karaage, and 2 beers. Food was ok, if a little bland - but it was fine for a Tuesday night.They brought the bill and I was distracted (my fault) - I paid on my card before I realized the check was too high. I went to ask the woman who brought my bill to pull up my tab, when my server standing next to her says that oh yeah - he charged another drink to my bill by mistake, that his manager was taking it off as we were speaking, and that I'd see the credit in 2-3 days.1) No credit 2 weeks later and 2) he didn't say anything until I brought it up.I don't care about the money - but it's the borderline shadiness of the interaction that left a bad taste.

Well, well, well Ani Ramen what do you have to say for yourself? Answer me or prepare to fight!! Alright then take this…I hope that it’s mostly good things and positive self talk because you served up some tastiness.Noods and tasty broth really came through on this frigid windswept Jersey City day. The boa buns were soft and savory with some juicy crispity chicken. The little sausages were alright crispy with a slap of bbq.The wait staff delivered the goods with prompt politeness.The atmosphere was chic from the lighting to the tabling.I 100% slurped my way to contentment.One helpful caveat. There be a 3% add on for the payment of the plastic variety, but it’s cool cause this gurl paid in greenbacks.Happy slurping my noodheads ?

They had really good drinks and great affordable ramen! The ramen is also vegan and chicken broth which you don’t always find everywhere. They were super accommodating to our party and I was also able to use the inKind app to pay for my reservation

Wowww! What a great experience at Ani Ramen in JC. It was my first time here and it exceeded all my expectations. The Mazeman was full a flavor and nicely presented. My bartender Jess was attentive and provided prompt service. Hary, also checked in on me to ensure i was satisfied as I was dining alone. I would highly recommend this place. They deserve more than 5 stars.

We have gone here several times over the past few weeks. The menu is very ramen-specific to be sure but it is always excellent. They are also open LATE so it is super convenient for late night pickups when we just want to sit and have a nice meal after 9pm. We've been to a few other ramen places and this one is by far the best we've come across. Their Shoyu bowl is phenomenal.
I love Ani Ramen!! I actually actively miss this restaurant when I’m abroad and I try to eat at one of the branches once a month or so when I’m in the region. The ramen and bao buns are just so tasty and well priced. And, the decorations are always fun too. This particular branch was no different and my server was so kind and personable! Ani Ramen is definitely a go-to restaurant for me.
