I ordered from here via uber eats. I ordered the ani salad and miso salmon chilled ramen. When my delivery came it only had the ani salad. The girl who answered the phone for Ani very rudely and repeatedly let me know that its not her problem and that I need to take it up with uber eats because they shouldnt have had it available on the menu. I did reach out to uber eats and while I’m sure ill be refunded… would it have taken much for the restaurant to let me know BEFORE sending the order that the entree i ordered from their menu was unavailable and give me an option to cancel or replace my selection? The lack of accountability was frustrating enough that i will absolutely not be ordering from here again.

Ramen is just ok but is cheaper than the other Ani ramen on Newark Avenue. The menu says two buns for an order but actually the price listed is only for one.

The whole family, including some picky tweens/teens, loved all our food. Very customizable menu and everything was delicious. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Little bit surprised. But. Ordered Shoyu Ramen - is really not ramen per se. Maybe noodles are appropriate…the rest is not impressive. Just a soy based broth with some chunks lettuce and two small pieces of pork. No egg. Hmmmm. How high do you expect me to rate this??

Very yummy and good portions. Good friendly service today tooHard to find the entrance but I went to the main entrance for the building and it was open, but also there was a sign saying they can buzz you on if the door is closed.

Sadly to say quality and flavor have gone way downhill, while the price has gone uphill. $17 crispy chicken sandwich looked amazing and worth it in the photos, but IRL was not. Ramen that used to be flavorful was forgettable. This used to be a treat for our family :(

The best ramen spot I’ve been to! Any time it’s suggested to get dinner here, I think I squeal with excitement.I always get the cucumbers to start and then order the vegan ramen with an added egg. It’s absolutely incredible!

They always sold the buns 2 for 1 price , now they sell one bun for $7.50 that’s ridiculous. In the five years that I’ve gone here never have they have never been just one . Then they want to send me two week expired soda . I asked for Diet Pepsi .A regular would’ve sufficed, but expired!

This was $8, it’s not even 1/3 of a cucumber. Get real with these prices. To charge $16 for ramen and then charge extra for “add ons” which should be included.. like a $4 egg? Wild

This was the first time I tried ramen in my life and I liked it here. They make it well. I’m a vegetarian so it was a bit confusing since broth is normally made in chicken but Sahida was very helpful and got me the right dish (vegan option). Enjoy the dish. Will highly recommend.

What kind of portions were these? 3 shrimps in a bowl? You gotta be kidding me.-customer who barely post reviews. (Check my history)

Never go to this place unless you want to waste your money. Food is disgusting and the staff is terrible. I would normally not write reviews like this but, it was not a good experience to say the very least.

Salad was missing dressing last 2x. Ramen noodles were hard and gluey. Broth was 1/2 filled. The veggies in the soup smelled like dirty feet. This is garbage ramen at a ridiculous price. Hard pass on this one. Ordered twice totaling $75 each time. Their portions and prices are sad. I mean, how much is broth and noodles, seriously that you can’t even fill it?

I love both JC Ani Ramen locations. When I checked out the district kitchen location I thought it wouldn’t be as good as the restaurant on Newark Ave but I was wrong. The broth was hearty and just the right amount of spicy and the meat so tender. The staff at District kitchen is always pleasant.

Well that was disappointing, the quality of my ramen was subpar, the noodles was fine but the broth tasted entirely different than what I always order at the Newark Ave location. Disappointing because the food court is peaceful to eat at and the Newark location is more bar/club oriented but least the food is better there.
