The food was bland and one of my chicken wings that I gave my son was undercooked. Everything we ate was alright. Applebees felled off big time.

Came with a large group on a work trip, Gerard had no problem splitting into individual checks so we could pay with your company cards. Super chill guy took great care of us! Food was solid!

The wait time to get seated was 1/2 hour only to get seated & wait another 40 minutes for microwave appetizers. And another 30 minutes for the food. Terrible service, a bunch of empty tables while so many wait to be seated. Apple bees use to have fast & good service not anymore.

I had Yousry W as a server, I was greeted from the door. He was extremely kind to me and kept checking on me ensuring I had everything I needed. His professionalism was through the roof! Thank you for your kindness Yousry!! I’ll be back because of my amazing experience!

I’ve been a loyal customer here for many years and have always appreciated the atmosphere and service. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing.
We came in for dinner expecting a normal evening, but were surprised by unexpected guests being seated at our table without our knowledge or consent. While the meal was ultimately not charged and a cake was offered, this gesture did not make up for the discomfort and disruption caused.
I never expected this kind of situation from a place I’ve trusted for so long. It felt unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better handling of customer experiences moving forward

Their smoothies taste natural and refreshing, not artificial.
My waiter DARRIN WOOD was very attentive and made me feel like it was my birthday (AND IT WAS) 😀 but his pleasant attitude took my birthday to another level, i dined alone and to clear my head because my big birthday party was the next day. He took my order without writing it down and got everything perfect. Would definitely go back and request him as my waiter again.
