The quality of service at this place is awful, and the company policies are just as bad. There are no clear system for ordering cakes, which makes for a frustrating experience. Additionally, the staff is not only uninformed but also rude and completely unable to answer customer inquiries. From my experience, I would never think about coming back to this place or reaching out to them, even if they provided their services for free.

I ordered over $50 worth of items, but the service was extremely disappointing. The employee was very rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. I expect basic courtesy when I’m spending my money, but unfortunately that was missing here. Definitely not coming back

This is a wonderful and carefully prepared baked goods, from bread to cakes and pies. In my book, they are number one in Jersey City. I highly recommend if you want the best deserts.

These people are so horrible, the red shirt guy with a hat and beard, was so rude. I guess this bakery employs such people to not lose a buck. You wait and watch when you put profits above customers. Business , especially food business is a form of service for an exchange.

It’s my first time visiting the place. Ordered Cheese grilled sandwich as a takeout order. Had no cheese on it when I ate.
I am guessing the staff might have made a mistake with my order. So it’s still too soon to judge the place. Will update this review once i get chance to visit it again.

I ordered JAIN puff using DoorDash and a corn cheese puff They marked the bag Jain which had corn puff in it! I mean why do you even sell things that you can’t pack and deliver them the right way! Looking at you selling Jain items makes me want to believe you and buy stuff from you but then this happens! It’s not about getting refund or a apology it’s but you guy taking interest in delivery what you promise your customer the right way!
