Service is slow, the last couple days my hot breakfast sandwiches have been served COLD… one day I ordered ahead and scheduled the pick-up and they made my food ten minutes early and it just sat there getting cold. The next day I did an ASAP pickup and had to wait once I got there, which was ok, except I waited for an ice cold egg sandwich. Both days it’s been bordering on inedible.
wish they had more bakery items, alot of it is boring basic stuff.
This is an upscale chain, a place for reliable quality sandwiches and salads, food to take with you in search of a good place to sit and eat.
The only thing worse than the spoiled eggs and moldy lemonade is the staff, in both cases they responded like they were doing a favor by exchanging it.They have a staff member that asks 'are you sure?' when i asked for extra butter on my bagel. Then asked me if I thought I should have to pay for extra cream cheese when I asked for more. This place is lame.
Place has opened up mostly to the public, now that folks are returning to work. Vegetarian options during breakfast and lunch. Personally I love the jalapenos bagel. But I miss the Chocolate cup cakes.
Highly disappointed in this place I love au bon pain but this place is a no the girl who helped me before was rude I got my free drink and bakery item and she said that special drinks aren’t included when they were AND THE TIMES DO NOT MATCH WHATS ON GOOGLE it was my first time in this location (the place I used to go to shut down) the times on the door said from 7 am to 3 pm but on Google it said 6 am to 6 pm the only thing I was satisfied with was my cookie
Quality indeed has gone down
Au Bon Pain has never failed me! There food is the epitome of goodness, period!
Prepacked wrap had wilted lettuce in preliminary stages of decay, wrap dry, didn't eat most of it, iced tea smelt off with sulphur odour, had 2 sips and threw it in bin. In hindsight i should've complained but the shop was busy.
Only if they opened until 7pm, this place could have seen more of my visits. Clean and nice staffs. Not cheap but i didn't expect that.

It's ok. My main complaint is that they never have the tomato bisque for some reason. That's easily abp's best tasting soup but for whatever reason they never have it. The employees are all right. The place could use a bit of remodeling. The main pro is there's a lot of seating, bathrooms, and wifi which most other places to eat nearby lack.
Extremely slow service n if you rush then, they make an error in the order
Wonderful place
This place is the number one choice for wholesome and healthy food in the area — fantastic staff and service. Food came out so quickly, and the staff was so friendly and warm. The food is amazing. If you are near, it's well worth the trip.
This place can get crowded, and sometimes there's a wait to order your sandwich, but worry not, team sandwich here glides through the order sheets without breaking a sweat, cool and chill, graceful, stylish. Hats off to the crew for excellent choreography, and inspiring performance. Worth it just to see these guys in action. No, you don't need tickets. Ovens on, action!
