Service is slow, the last couple days my hot breakfast sandwiches have been served COLD… one day I ordered ahead and scheduled the pick-up and they made my food ten minutes early and it just sat there getting cold. The next day I did an ASAP pickup and had to wait once I got there, which was ok, except I waited for an ice cold egg sandwich. Both days it’s been bordering on inedible.

Location has a decent selection of breakfast items to choose from. A bit on the pricey side. As of 8/1/22, the location is now closed.

wish they had more bakery items, alot of it is boring basic stuff.

This is an upscale chain, a place for reliable quality sandwiches and salads, food to take with you in search of a good place to sit and eat.

The only thing worse than the spoiled eggs and moldy lemonade is the staff, in both cases they responded like they were doing a favor by exchanging it.They have a staff member that asks 'are you sure?' when i asked for extra butter on my bagel. Then asked me if I thought I should have to pay for extra cream cheese when I asked for more. This place is lame.

Place has opened up mostly to the public, now that folks are returning to work. Vegetarian options during breakfast and lunch. Personally I love the jalapenos bagel. But I miss the Chocolate cup cakes.

What a nice location in Jersey City! This café has a very open environment with lots of glass windows and a nice stations to serve yourself. The staff are very friendly here and they quickly took my order for the coffee and set me up nicely. I ordered their breakfast blend which had a different taste to it, very unique, perhaps some hazelnut flavor.

Highly disappointed in this place I love au bon pain but this place is a no the girl who helped me before was rude I got my free drink and bakery item and she said that special drinks aren’t included when they were AND THE TIMES DO NOT MATCH WHATS ON GOOGLE it was my first time in this location (the place I used to go to shut down) the times on the door said from 7 am to 3 pm but on Google it said 6 am to 6 pm the only thing I was satisfied with was my cookie

Every single things seems to move in slow motion in this cafe. It almost feels like you are watching things underwater while scuba diving. I have walked into this cafe on three separate occasions to get a breakfast sandwich and gotten so frustrated with the slowness and wait, that i just gave up and left. There always seems to be some delay and the workers explaining why the meal they put together may be a little different than advertised. When i eventually have enough patience to actually wait for the order, i may update this, but until then...no scuba diving for me

Prepacked wrap had wilted lettuce in preliminary stages of decay, wrap dry, didn't eat most of it, iced tea smelt off with sulphur odour, had 2 sips and threw it in bin. In hindsight i should've complained but the shop was busy.

I have no complaints about the bruschetta and the chipotle mayo on the chipotle turkey avocado sandwich, but this an absurdly small sandwich for $8.29. I glimpsed at the pre-made sandwiches, evidence of Au Bon Pain's stubborn pride in ignoring the existence of Pret a Manger.

Only if they opened until 7pm, this place could have seen more of my visits. Clean and nice staffs. Not cheap but i didn't expect that.
