This place is and has always been amazing. It is a lovely spot at the edge of the waterfront. The staff are so unbelievably kind and always strive to do their best. The chicken wings and fries are fantastic along with some of their other food. In addition to this, their bubble tea has always been great. I can only recommend this place.
I love their boba tea & especially their gelato! I’ve tried chocolate, strawberry, lemon, mango, lychee and they’ve all been amazing ?
I couldn’t help but to leave a review after a horrible experience. I came in with my wife and her service dog was told to leave by staff and John (owner) while over the phone. Even after providing proof of id for our service dog and details on what the purpose is for my wife. They disregarded our rights and was told to leave premises. Very disappointed to have experience this in my community.
Disappointed on the taro boba milk tea. Tasteless and blend. Tapioca is lacking of texture. You would expect a more effort to serving the local customers given the lack of boba in the area.
fav cafe! loaded fries are awesome. vietnamese coffee and all boba teas are great. quick n easy grab n go
The mango tea was absolutely atrocious. My sister and I both tried it today and ended up with food poisoning even after I went back to have it remade. This place used to be the spot, never returning again. Their quality has gone down so much!Response to the owner: I told the cashier how it tasted so bad and sour the first time she made it, and how I couldn’t even stomach it. We didn’t even try returning back again after we drank it the second time. My sister was thirsty and drank half the bbt and then violently started throwing up and still feeling ill hours later. Clearly that’s food poisoning. Also I’m not the only one who has talked about how foul tasting the mango bbt is, please read your other reviews on the mango bbt and how the quality has gone down in your newest reviews, thank you.
Cute little place, with surprisingly many ramen options. Tried their iced taro milk tea, it was sweet and nice.
The bubble tea was okay, it was a little watered down. The spot was decorated really nicely, they have bunch of games that you can play and hang with friends
wings are great, but on the smaller side (so order more!)Their Kew-T-Pie Fries are the best french fries ever.
Wish I could go less than one star. I’ve ordered from this place on three separate occasions for some variety but I’ve only ever received half my order every time. And when I’ve called to see if we could come to some sort of resolution, the person on the line was incredibly rude and unhelpful. As affordable as some food is, it isn’t worth the headache when you might not get it.

Used to be great. Quality has since taken a down turn, while prices have increased. Plus if you ask for no ice it’s extra. First time ever seeing that anywhere. What a joke.
Asian American employee at the register on October 6th, 2021, Wednesday at 7.50 pm, was extremely irate, rude, and disrespectful. When I told him that I'll just go the boba place in the mall from now on since he was rude, he literally told me to get lost, and slammed the door to my face. For context, I've been consistently buying boba from here about 10 times a month. And I have personally taken dozens of people I know at Newport to get boba here as well in the past. But from now on, I'll be going to the boba place in the mall instead where you get much better service, professionalism, and respect. I'm also going to start personally asking the people I know to go to the boba place at the mall instead from now on.
Good tea and ice cream but they raised their prices and sadly I won’t be back
I love their bubble teas and their gelato.
Worst bubble tea I’ve had. I asked for a small taro with boba with 50% sugar . It was SOO sweet that I was just hard to take a second sip. And for someone that always gets the same order at all tea shop knows that this was not normal. Right after the first sip I went back to the counter and they told me that next time need to order no sugar and would not even acknowledge that they was a problem with their product. And not to mention their Babo has a stale taste and tea overpriced.
