Literally go every time I’m in town. S’mores cookie is a personal fave. If you buy three cookies you get the fourth for free! :)
I ordered online from California, received them damaged and exposed to the heat. They arrived smashed and not presentable. Very disappointed.

Ordered cookies last night, two and half hours later they hadn’t arrived so I asked for a refund, but at midnight I got a call from the delivery guy saying it was downstairs. Picked them up, opened one this morning, took a bite and this thing was coming out of the bite I took. I don’t even want to know what this is tbh. I knew the quality was so bad these days, I only ordered them because my husband wanted to give them another shot. Gross.
So disappointed to post this review, but bang cookies has officially lost me as a customer. We used to order from them frequently, but their cookies have since shrunken in size and quality. Delivery took over two hours last night, and to top it off, my wife found this in her cookie! Got literally anywhere else.
Yummy cookies
I’ve been to Bang maybe 5 or 6 times, and consistently have had great cookies. The price is a little bit high when ordering only a couple (about $5-6 a cookie), but you get solid deals when ordering bulk. The staff can be a bit short and unfriendly at times, but otherwise very solid. Seems to depend on the day.

Had their S’mores cookie and it was perfect. Location is small so best to grab one while on the go. They also have deals if you order a certain amount. Great gem in the heart of downtown Jersey City!
I ordered the sample box .. a cookie for each kid but the kid who hates chocolate wanted snickerchurro .. perfect for everyone Except they sent 2 sea salt chocolate Chunk not the cinnamon one .. very disappointed and left 2 messages no answer plus absolutely no one manning the phones. Not how to run a business. 😢😢😭

The BANG Cookies customer service is amazing. They answer emails and their Instagram messages promptly. I had an issue with my delivery order tonight and reached out to them via Instagram DM and email. The process was seamless. 10/10 recommend.
