Always a hit. After all these years, you simply cannot beat the OG.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girl working Celia here was rude, unprofessional, and had zero respect for customers. She had a nasty attitude the entire time. It completely ruined the experience. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’ll never come back and I suggest everyone else think twice before wasting their money here.

Sooooo…. Baonanans….is a gem. That’s all I can say. If you live banana pudding. You have to come here!

I love this place. They have 2 gluten-free and vegan options. Wish they had decaf espresso for decaf drinks but I can bring in my own to have with my gf baonanas.

Ordered through GrubHub. Unfortunately, did not receive 2/3 of the items ordered and the only item I did get was made incorrectly.

As seen on the receipt that was stapled to the bag, I ordered:

Twinkling Watermelon $5.00
Pint Strawberry Baonanas $15.50
Mango $4.50

I called the establishment and was told that the Watermelon drink was given to the driver. No problem, that’s no fault of theirs if the driver forgot to give me one of my drinks.

Was told by the girl that made my order that she did not know what ‘Mango’ was supposed to be (it was one of their listed sparkling drinks), so she added Mango syrup to my banana pudding instead. The business should consider revising their online delivery menu to avoid confusion for both customers and workers.

Not sure why I was not contacted if there were any confusion; my phone number was listed on the receipt. Just a heads up for those ordering online!

Best dessert ever

They never open on time. When I asked the workers why they weren’t open they told me I didn’t ever need to come back

Tried the Cookies & Cream and Matcha today—and wow, they nailed it. Rich in flavor, yet not overly sweet. Exactly how pudding should be done.

Loved the dessert shop! Everything was great! We were in New Jersey for the weekend, and I’m glad we stopped by here!

We love this place, tried multiple flavours and everything is just perfectly made and delicious. We love OG flavours for sure and the Lotus biscoff was amazing too. The serving staff was friendly and always helped us with generous tastings of more than 2 flavours.

Took a drive out to Jersey City to try them out & I’m pretty disappointed. Wanted to try the ube cloud matcha latte and they were sold out. We asked if we could get the pandan chai cloud latte instead, and they were also out. We then asked about buying the mini party tray, and guess what.. it was also sold out. It was only 3pm and they were sold out of majority of their inventory.

The walls by the sink and where they make their drinks were also very dirty. I watched as the girl making the drink, whose hair was down with no hairnet, threw out the tazo carton in the trash with it splattering across the wall and didn’t even bother to clean it.

There was also a tattoo pop-up right by the entrance which seemed pretty unsanitary. As a filipina, I was really excited to try and support a local business but it was just red flags all around. I don’t like being that person, but things like this need to be addressed.

Love this place! Constantly changing flavors too and they have vegan options and/or banana-less options too

The staff working was nice and helpful! We tried a few different flavors and they all tasted good! We'll definitely be going back.

It's past 9:23. A lady with glasses was working here and she kicked us out and didn't give anyone their orders.
