Ordered a tuna salad among other things. Received a tuna sandwich. Called to let them know (spoke to both the person cooking and person behind the cash register) and they demanded we come back in. After we ate the rest of our lunch, we came back in with the receipt and tuna sandwich. We again asked for the tuna salad we had ordered. A shouting match ensued. First, they (person cooking and person behind the cash register) tried to convince us we didn't really order a salad. Then they insisted we should have caught their mistake earlier, and because we didn't, we are now responsible for it, and must keep the sandwich. What?? They were very concerned about not being able to resell the sandwich after too much time had elapsed. I explained that, for sanitary reasons, they couldn't have resold it anyway, even if we had taken it away and brought it back sooner. After more shouting, they agreed to make the salad --but only after I asked if they really needed me to go to management to ask for the salad. I really didn't need this on a Monday... Would give zero stars if I could.
That said, I want to make sure to note the person cooking today was NOT the Egyptian American guy, who is super nice and just a pleasure to interact with. Five stars for that guy. Negatives 5 stars for the person who was cooking today, as well as the person working the cash register this afternoon.
