I was craving a smoothie and while searching for a place I came across Berri Berri and i had to give it a try. This smoothly place gives me mom and pop shop. The staff was very warm and friendly. I definitely enjoyed my smoothly and i am so glad i stopped by and came across this place.
Ordered a shot with lemon and black pepper plus an xl protein smoothies this is what I was given. When I asked why is it orange in color he said I mixed everything in. I said I ordered a shot + smoothie.Most importantly I called to speak with owner a lady who responded below the belt, angry and said I am complaining refuse to make over my order since I have supported this business over 100 times where I order the same shot and protein smoothies.I will never again pay you, support you or recommend you Berri Berri because you are not good humans. Good Riddance.

They put Black Pepper in my smoothie and said it's customized. I ordered a shot with Tumeric/ Blackpepper/lemon and an XL protein smoothie. They put it all together. Notable response from the owner this unkempt lady was not short of disgusting refuse to make over or return my money. Will never give you my money ever in life again. New dreaded smoothie name " Iced cold Black Pepper Smoothies" served with disgust.
