Every aspect of this Bistro is perfect. Please come here for a truly wonderful dining and social experience. Places like Bistro La Source are extremely rare in our area. Authentic, full of character, tremendous staff and regular clientele, and serving absolutely delicious food and wine.
This is one of the best restaurants in Jersey City! The food is fantastic. Ambiance and service is great. My wife ordered the Escargot and the Lyonaise Salad with Duck Confit, both of which she loved. They have a great prix fixe menu which I ordered from. I had the Onion Soup, the Beef Short Rib Bourgenion, and the pear tart for dessert. They were all wonderful. Definitely worth a visit here.
Consistently have a good meal here. Everything tastes homemade in the best way. Truly leave there and think…we should go there more. Also, lots of regulars at the bar. Nice crowd too.
