I ordered ONLINE a large Blimpee best. Extra meat,everything that's included (lettuce tomato oregano), oil vinegar...with spicy brown mustard. All that was in the sandwich was light layered meat, cheese, and a lot of mayonnaise.. NOTHING ELSE. COMPLETE RIP OFF. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR STORE FOR GOOD SERVICE. If I knew they would mess it up, I wouldn't have left an electronic tip. Waste of time and money

Went to this location today Saturday August 31st and my experience was amazing drove in from NY on ther was to Delaware, the bathroom was sparkling smelled fresh. The staff was amazing polite, smiled and even stated they were there to make us happy in which the over succeded doing so. Not sure if all of there names but definitely made our day and the food and was great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BLIMPIE LOCATION! Ordered from here twice and both times the sandwiches were skimpy (3 small pieces of cheese) and missing ingredients that are supposed to be included on the sandwich (onions, tomatoes, oil and vinegar). Based on my experiences and the other reviews, the staff is not trained well at all to make sandwiches correctly. Who ever is making the sandwiches must have been told they would receive a raise if they rationed ingredients- PSA- skimping on ingredients only results in poor reviews and customer experiences= less business. I've been a patron of Blimpie here in Jersey City/Bayonne and have not ever received such poorly made sandwiches.

Some of this staff really needs to be retrained. I’ve had decent experiences coming here in person. Today we decided to order via DoorDash for pick up. The order was placed as our Path train was arriving at Journal Square. I picked up my car from a lot and drove over. About 40 minutes after ordering, we show up at the store to be told that they haven’t even started the order. We go to the supermarket next door expecting it to be done when we leave…Nope! They still hadn’t started the order that was one single sandwich. The store has one person in-line when we first arrived. This is just unacceptable. To make things worse, we get home and it’s not even the sandwich that we ordered. The supervisor lady that was working and telling other staff what to do could benefit the most from retraining. Don’t have DoorDash as an option if you’re not going to pay attention to orders or fulfill them correctly.

I walked into the store on yesterday evening, it was extremely busy. I asked the manager if he could really help me and do me a favor. I need 2 large catering boxes of sandwiches enough to feed 75 people and his response to me was nothing is impossible. But can you just give me a few minutes to get my line down? I’ll be right with you. He turned it around within 35 to 40 minutes. I want to say thank you. I appreciate you for showing the love that you shown to me for my family gathering last minute. Ordered a Turkey and cheese and was hesitant because of the reviews…. But that sandwich was so fresh ! The meat was sliced thin and to perfection! The lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheese were beyond fresh. The bread literally melted in my mouth. Sounds dramatic but this is literally why I had to write a review!!!
