My experience here was kinda mixed. First, I clearly asked for a large latte, which is 20oz, and I got 12oz instead. It's understandable that sometimes mistakes happen, but they also messed up our cold coffee. Anyway, the thing that matters is that the coffee itself was really good. I also liked the ambiance.
The staff is so pleasant, especially Linda who always greets folks with a welcoming smile. A warm demeanor goes such a long way in brightening someone’s day! Thank you all for your consistent customer service!
