Great tasting hotdogs! 100% beef
I ordered 3 hotdogs with 1 topping each (homemade chili, sweet onion and sauerkraut). All of them tasted delicious, but the homemade chili sauce was out of this world, must try! Great atmosphere and service too! Great for quick bite or even a snack too.

Place is unclean ,guy working was very rude. Stuff behind the counter looks dirty and unsafe to eat. Dirty grill ,food areas unsanitary and the chili and cheese look days old . No thanks, glad i walked away

Oh my gosh had not been there in over 50 years. Went on vacation from Puerto Rico to NY. And i had to go back. Hotdogs are excellent accompanied with a pineapple drink. Nothing has changed except the employees. Atmosphere is good and you feel safe. Next time on vacation definitely will be back.

The Chili Cheese Dog is bangin! Living downtown, this is a newly discovered place I didn’t know I needed in my life but I absolutely do. Friendly guys serving elevated hotdogs/sausage simply and perfectly. If you hit this spot after a night out, anyone could easily demolish 4-6 chili cheese dogs and 2 orangeades without blinking. The atmosphere inside and out captures the essence of real Jersey City like few other places.

Very easy location to find, right across the street from the Journal Square Path Station. The spot has nostalgic bar stools and countertop for dining in. There’s also a take out window to order from if you prefer your meal to go! I ordered a plain dog with mustard and two spicy sausages - one with mustard and one with homemade chili, sweet onions, and mustard. The hot dogs were juicy and delicious, and the homemade chili was savory. The spicy sausages are a must if you visit! Boulevard Drinks is a staple for hot dogs as comfort food in the Hudson County area. Their service is extremely hospitable and friendly, highly recommend visiting!
