This is one of those places that you have to try it’s not your regular bakery and definitely not on the cheap side however if you want the best you come here and if you think there over priced I get it, just go to a dinner this is not the spot to cry a doubt 18$ salad

Way toooooo expensive, for the portions that they give you. That's why he's only open 3 days a week.

Extremely overpriced and overhyped. The pretentiousness ruins the vibe and sandwiches are small and pitiful for the $$. Many authentic Italian delis in Hoboken and the Heights with amazing fresh crusty Italian breads and pizza with regular old timers and down to earth pricing. Also newer places with artisan pizza and fairer prices. Pffft.
Outstanding pizza and sandwiches. It all starts with great dough and bread. Expertly prepared. Add top quality ingredients and you have one of the best pizza and Italian sandwiches in the country. The amount and size are just the right proportions. Expertise and excellent products don’t come at a bargain. It is worth it and I will come back again and again.

Tried the focaccia and the pizza rossa. Both were delicious, and reminded me of Italy.

Sandwiches and pastries are good although overpriced, Sicilian summer salad was $18 for 3 small pieces of lettuce, a small pepper, some cherry tomatoes, and a couple pieces of cut up potato… the entire thing was smaller than my hand. For $18?!?? It didn’t even taste great.

The only place to get great Roman pizzas. Sandwiches are also to die for.
All I can say is this place has some of the most delicious food I've ever had in my life. It is worth waiting on line the quiche, mortadella sandwich, pizza, bombolinos, foccachia and last but not least the bread! I can't wait to go back this food is phenomenal!
