I'm so glad it's in my neighborhood, though I'd wish it was not on Newark Ave (and maybe exchange place with a view). The food here is great, the few times I've had a sit-down here the service has been good too (the staff was very friendly). I continue to order from here, pick-ups are super smooth too.

We have been coming/ordering from Brick Lane for a while because it's consistently delicious. They recently added a brunch buffet from 12-4 on weekends and omg. The menu changes every week--today the theme was Guri Padwa. At least half the buffet options are vegetarian. There is self-serve masala chai, and ample salad ingredients. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. We always have a great time and will definitely keep coming back.

Delicious food and inviting atmosphere!!! This place is one of our go to spots in JC. Karim goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience. Try their mango fish curry, you will not regret it!!!

As a hungry vegetarian, I was very pleased to come here for Easter brunch. OMG, I am in heaven and we ordered from the buffet meal available only on weekends. High level * Price is right!!! You get so much for the price including naan!! * Food is so fresh. * Made on the spot - these little appetizers - are delicious! * It includes Chai as well. LOVE IT. * My friend had the flesh dishes and he ate it all. * We got a little mint at the end with our receipt. * The Gulab was delicious - these are these tiny little carb balls in syrup. * Service was attentive. I am looking forward to coming back here when I am not dieting.

Firstly, the service was great - Saloni explaining in detail the special Holi dishes. She was very welcoming and offered some lovely recommendations. The poori was a great suggestion and the paneer appetizer a big hit. Also, the nut/cardamom drink was a perfect way to start the meal. This restaurant is a wonderful addition to the pedestrian plaza.

Fancy Indian dining in JC. This restaurant has a nice ambiance and great food. They give you papad and tomato soup shots. The soup was delicious! We had the chicken kheema pav which was really good and resembled pav bhaji. Very unique dish. Chicken tikka masala was pretty standard. Drinks were great! I would give it 5 stars but the service was slow. Our appetizer and entree came out together and pretty late into our seating.

This place has amazing drinks with an Indian touch, and many vegan options. Great atmosphere and service. I recommend this place. Try the Campfire Mule, a delicious adaptation of the Moscow Mule. Island Kuri is too sweet for me, but delicious as well.

Very happy with the service and food. They are always able to customize spice levels to suit us. Our server has been Sindhu for the last few times and has excellent recommendations always.

We sat at the bar to grab a drink, some appetizers and dinner on a Wednesday night at 7pm. The restaurant and the bar were t busy so we thought service should be relatively quick and good.we received water and a menu fairly quickly.afterwards, everything went downhill quickly. It seemed like the bar tender never tender bar or took food orders before. It took 20 minutes to get our cocktails. Ye he never took our order. After waiting another 15 minutes I finally waived him down and asked if we could order. He took our orders and then we waited again. Probably 30 minutes before any food came out. Instead of our appetizers coming out, our entrees came out. When I asked the bartender where our appetizers were, he apologized and said he forgot to out them in. He said it would be 5 minutes. I told him we didn’t want them at this point but he rushed away and said “5 minutes, 5 minutes”. He eventually came back with our appetizers. Then I asked where the ride was that came with my entree. He said, “sorry, sorry, 5 minutes”.All in all the food was decent, yet slightly overpriced. $18 for an old fashion. Total for two people was almost $200 and we didn’t order much. The worst part was that he didn’t even offer to comp the appetizers or give us a drink on the house. I’m usually a generous tipper but could not justifying tipping more than 18% for this horrendous experience.waited at the bar for more than 20 minutes

We have been visiting Bricklane for many years, I think since they opened here and have always liked them for their food quality, ambience and service - but they have upped their game are now EVEN MORE AWESOME. The reason is their weekend brunch buffet - unlimited portions of yummy food that will leave you wishing you had more space in your tummy. The Crown Jewels are their chat counter, worked by Tanashvi who creates gol gappe with the patience and skill of an artist. So yummy. Her colleague Sindhu also provided exceptional service - offering freshly prepared chicken tikka for our friends (we are vegetarian so can’t comment on it) and freshly made garlic naan and roti (breads). Both of them swiftly cleared our plates keeping the esthetic beauty of our table and the restaurants pretty ambience just perfect. In terms of value for money, just their chat counter and dessert choices are enough to more than recover value for the buffet price which is quite reasonable for the spread at $26. All in all, the four of us had an awesome time enhanced not only by food quality but also superior responsive service by Tanashvi and Sindhu.

First time there. We went for a late Valentine's Day dinner. We would definitely come again. The food was great, service very good. Cocktails could use a little more variety. Overall, it's worth checking out.
