The management is indifferent to the panhandlers that stand on both sides of the entrance. What kind of incompetent, indifferent nonsense is that . How about taking some initiative and giving the panhandlers a meal or referring them to the many fine organizations in our city that can help them with their mental and employment challenges. When I meet these individuals, and I am asked for money, I remind them that they got my money on the 1st of the month when they received a government check, paid for by my taxes...not a one has ever challenged me on that .Instead I get a small, wry smile in return.Come on... We can do much better.

Ate there about three or four times. Was never satisfied with the way the Whopper was made or tasted. Plus BK is getting way too expensive. Not going back to that BK store anymore.

The worst experience I've had at a burger king fast food restaurant. I placed an order online waited about 15 minutes just for pick up since only two people were working. I understand the manager is hard of hearing but hard at reading. My order was completely wrong. On top of the food being bad, it was old and seemed to had been cooked repeatedly. If I weren't already at home and starving, I would have brought it back.

I ordered from this Burger King. They used door dash to deliver they forgot one item. I later went there. The manager stated that it was the Door Dash that made the mistake. They charged for an item they dont have. It remained on my receipt. They never call to say it was not in their stock. The bag was stapled with the receipt so its not 5he the driver. Yet the manager blamed the dash driver. . Beware of this Burger king.

It's sad how people can't seem to follow simple instructions. It's bad enough i'm missing part of my order but when you ask for extra sauce for 20 piece nuggets and they give you NO sauce at all is frustrating!

I can't seem to understand why my favorite franchise is in the hands of those that just don't care about the quality of the food yeah we get fresh fries nice and hot if you're there early and then you got my favorite burgers that are slapped together like with no care there's a system to making the quality of a Burger King Burger and it's like they just disregarded I go to Burger King at least two times every other day it's my son we love Burger King and this one Burger King is just not up to par food is still good but they should strive to provide the known quality of this franchise I don't understand it maybe they need more training but this is a very unfriendly place at times when it comes to management customer service is good everything could be better and it's a shame ruining the franchise like that

Worst fish sandwich ever it was overly salty and dried out that I couldn't finish it. This location is not the cleanest and has the longest wait time...overall a bad experience again. Up your game BK Team as we appreciate your services.
