I recently visited the Burger King location on Sunday afternoon and i was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I encountered. My order was overlooked, and the employees in the back were engaged in casual conversations, completely disregarding my presence and needs. This lack of attention and professionalism was incredibly frustrating. I expected a more respectful and attentive experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in service quality moving forward

I choose to write a review because this location is lucky to have the manager that was working 9/24/24. Unfortunately we did not get his name but he went above and beyond his role, effectively communicating with his staff, while providing great customer service with a smile. He was very professional and friendly and the food was fresh!

Tried to make a disabled person get out of the car to place a drive through order even though she had a code on the app. Speaker doesn’t work so had to yell repeatedly. Disgusting customer service !!!
