Honestly one of the best cafés around. The coffee is always great, the food never misses, and the vibe just feels right. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I keep coming back.

I ordered regular pancakes this morning and I have to say I wasn't pleased. This is the first time I am getting pancakes from this cafe and normally they are decent. I like my pancakes fluffy but this tasted like biscuit. I am not sure what batter was used but this is definitely biscuit consistency, not good.

Good food and reasonable prices. I often go here during lunch breaks. Easiest spot to get bagels in the neighborhood without walking multiple blocks. The outdoor patio in the back is great during the warmer months, indoor seating is tight.
I tried to eat here earlier in the morning (7:30am) on a weekday and they weren’t open yet, so worth nothing that their early hours may not match what is listed.

I observed the cook touching all the food without gloves, seeing that alone was very unsatisfying and this suppose to be a restaurant correct ? Unacceptable, especially contaminating the food right before serving customers. This place is clearly a joke and who’s ever running it must be one too

This place was honestly gross. You can tell cleanliness just isn’t a priority there, dirty floors, sticky tables, and cockroaches everywhere. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Pretty poor service. No silverware, no napkins. Front counter person was more interested in sitting down and hanging out with her boyfriend/partner than checking in with us
Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were burnt badly, waffle was rock hard, chicken was dry frozen tenders, and tres leches French toast was literal hamburger buns that were also burnt. Hamburger buns. Forget the pictures of croissants they show for their French toast. We received 1.5 burnt hamburger buns.
Holy hell, what a bad meal. Close this place down.

We had a party of 9 come in early morning on Sunday, we were checking out of our Airbnb and each had a suitcase with us. This location is small but the staff accommodated us and sat us in the back patio. Our server was Claudia. She was wonderful! She was the only server on duty and was doing her best. I ordered the steak and eggs and it was delicious! The steak was seasoned incredibly well and cooked amazingly. They mentioned they recently opened and I believe they are still ironing some kinks but overall a great experience. Shortly after we arrived, another large party came in. Regardless of how busy they were, food was delicious! Shoutout to the staff Edgar, Zaid and Emmanuel. I will definitely come back when I’m back in town!

New favorite brunch spot in Jersey City! I had the 3 leches French toast made with flaky, buttery croissant bread, topped with fresh strawberries & blueberries, absolutely heavenly. Paired it with crispy bacon and the most delicious oatmilk chai. Can’t wait to come back with friends! 💕
