They advertised on their web site that they open at 8am on new years Eve. When we got there at 8 it was closed with a sign saying the open at 10am. Very disappointed

Was here on a weekday at noon, and the place was modestly filled. There was one barista on service and he got my food ready within 5 minutes. I had ordered a teriyaki chicken bagel sandwich and a mocha. The coffee was standard stuff but the sandwich was really good, the chicken was tender and juicy, my favorite kind of chicken lol. The cafe itself was nice and quiet around that time. There's plenty of seating and felt like a good place to get some work done. 8/10 would go back again

It used to be a great place to go. But recently, the quality of the service has declined very severely. The drinks become smaller and smaller. The opening hours are also shorter and shorter. The only thing increased is the price.

Our first visit here was great but our last visit... beyond not so great. We ordered two mochas with whip. Not only did they take an incredibly long time, they topped them with froth. That's incredibly different than whip cream. Makes it a latte at that point. I also ordered a waffle. Not one of the fancy ones. Just a butter waffle. It's been about 20 minutes now and still no waffle. There are two people behind the counter and not a ton of customers. No idea why it's taking so long. The lids on our mochas were super dirty as well. That's pretty gross. Not impressed at all.

First time at this location; came at 5 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, didn't meet the same standards we've come to expect from Caffe Bene. Hardly any baked goods left in the display cases, service was brusque. We ordered the matcha frappe and it was too watery. Atmosphere was still ok.... But we Will not be back at this location.

Great place to work or study! It's usually pretty empty and quiet. Would not come here for the food or coffee but an ideal place near Newport Station to get work done.
I love this place. Great service and accommodation. Coffee was fantastic and served hot. Staff was amiable and courteous. Prices were fair. Highly recommend!!

Super loud place! I don't know what some other reviewers are saying when they wrote that it's quiet and a good place to study. They're constantly pumping Generic Party Hits or like 80s Jams in here at max volume. No one wants to hear that stuff when they're in a cafe reading or studying! Also the prices arent that great... $5+ for a basic bubble tea with boba.

This was within a few minutes of me sitting down. I go to coffee shops all the time. I understand the protocol that you should buy something. But they were incredibly patronizing. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Love the ambiance at this location. Perfect place to sit and work for hours. Was expecting more from their milk tea, but their boba's good. I like their lighting here compared to the harsh lighting I've encountered at their other locations. This way I can study without feeling a migraine coming on within the first hour. Come check them out.
