Ordered a cookie Puss ice cream cake the same day via carvel website and it was delivered on time. Delivery made through DoorDash. it looks very similar to the stock photo.I ordered it to be delivered to my son‘s job as a surprise. He said the balance of flavors and cookie crunch were perfect, but avoided the mint chip nose. A previous reviewer had mentioned that they don’t do cookie puss cakes in this location, but that’s not factual apparently. Don’t bother calling, you’ll always be met with voicemail

Today I went to the carvel in Jersey city with the intention of picking up a cookie puss ice cream cake. Despite placing the order online over a week in advance and prepaying, I arrived at the store only to be told that they do not make cookie puss cakes there. To make matters worse the attendee told me she could not refund the cake and I’d have to figure out how to get a refund on my own. We had planned our whole day around this cake and were EXTREMELY disappointed. If you want a cookie puss cake LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Yeah, they don't know what vanilla crunchies are so you get Sprinkles instead. 🤔 doesn't make sense to have it labeled as 'comes with whip cream' if it actually doesn't and you need to pay an extra $0.99 for it. Always melted..go to the one in bayonne, they're way better

If happiness had a flavor, it would definitely be Carvel. This place is a sweet tooth’s paradise—so many ice cream and dessert options that choosing just one feels like an impossible task (so, naturally, I get more than one!).
The staff? Absolute gems! Friendly, welcoming, and serving up smiles just as big as their sundaes. The place is clean, cozy, and just the kind of spot where you can indulge guilt-free because, let’s be real, ice cream is always a good idea.
Whether you’re here for a classic soft serve, a thick, dreamy milkshake, or one of their famous ice cream cakes, you really can’t go wrong. 10/10 would recommend—because life is short, but the line at Carvel moves fast!

The gentleman who was working was an absolute delight! I had a large order which he took care of patiently and even got the door for me when I was leaving.

This place should be avoided at all costs. Go to the Bayonne location or any other location if you want Carvel. First and foremost, the customer service was horrendous. My family and I were served by a young lady with airpods in her ear and a gold nameplate necklace. She had an attitude and rolled her eyes with every order we added on. Additionally, the toppings were cross contaminated. If you have a nut allergy do NOT eat here. I watched them repeatedly take spoons from toppings and use that same spoon for the nuts and then place it back into other toppings. Absolutely reckless and abhorrent and I say this as a chef of 16 years. The young lady also very sloppily made my sundae and then complained about the order in which I requested toppings because she said that she has to put the syrup on last. Completely waste of money. The chocolate crunchies were stale and I threw out my cone. My children got sundae dashers and it was mostly chocolate syrup with very little ice cream.
